A Note from Nikki

I didn't arrive at this work from the outside looking in. I spent more than two decades working inside complex organizations — leading transformation, building operating systems, watching what happens when businesses scale without structure and what happens when they finally get clear.

I saw the same pattern everywhere: brilliant, committed people carrying too much. Leaders who couldn't step back without things falling apart. Owners who'd built something genuinely valuable but couldn't prove it to a buyer. Teams that were capable of so much more than the ambiguity around them allowed.
